Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are shipped or manufactured. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once the product has been shipped.
Return Policy
We accept returns of products within 14 days if there are quality issues. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and contained within its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refund Policy
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at return@ottapet.com.
Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees
Customers will be charged for shipping costs only once (including returns). No restocking fees will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.
